Television personality Rebecca Cardon is a well known personal trainer, host, and fitness model. Long before this year's appearances on "The Oprah Winfrey Show" and in numerous magazines, Rebecca shined as a finalist on the sixth season of "The Amazing Race" and later as a star of Bravo's hit series "WorkOut". Rebecca was most recently seen on VH1's mega-hit "Celebrity Rehab with Dr. Drew" where she was the cast's personal trainer.
